Returns:

• We accept returns within 24 hours of purchase.
• Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
• A valid proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Exceptions:

• No returns or exchanges on sale items, accessories, or undergarments for hygiene reasons.

Return Process:

1. Bring the item, proof of purchase, and original packaging to the store within 24 hours of purchase.
2. Our staff will inspect the item to ensure it meets the return criteria.
3. If approved, you can exchange the item or receive store credit.

Delivery

Same-day delivery for Kingston. Allow us 24 to 48 hrs for out-of-town delivery.
